Clannad, Free, Kamisama Kiss, Fruits Basket, Ouran High School Host Club, Ao Haru Ride, No. 6.
I tried to suggest things with a lot of cute things, but some of these might make you cry. My personal top favorites on the list are Free, OHSHC, Kamisama Kiss, and No. 6 but they're all great!! Hope that helps a little.

Please watch Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin omfg it's so amazing and it has made me feel things that no other anime has. Chihayafuru is also full of feels but really cute and sweet too so it's got a really nice balance. Isshuukan Friends, Mushishi, Natsume Yuujinchou, Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 and Usagi Drop are also all really amazing and full of feels and I love them all very much.
And you're gonna need some comedic relief after watching all these sad animes SO HERE ARE SOME HAPPY ONES. Saint☆Onii-san, Silver Spoon, Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun, Barakamon, Daily Lives of High School Boys and Tokyo Godfathers. Those are all some things that you can watch to help get over the feels. ;w;
